Puppy Deposit Agreement
I have reviewed the breeder's "Puppy Contract With Health Guarantee" and agree to all of the terms and conditions set therein. I agree to sign that contract upon completion of the sale. I understand that if I do not sign the "Puppy Contract With Health Guarantee" I will not be sold a puppy and my deposit will be forfeited. I further understand that by changing my mind, finding another puppy or not signing the "Puppy Contract With Health Guarantee" that the breeder is under no obligation to refund my deposit under any circumstances. I also understand that breeder reserves the right to cancel this deposit contract at any time in
which my deposit would be refunded to me in full. I understand that the breeder does not guarantee the size, weight or color of these puppies at maturity.
1.) All puppies require a $100.00 deposit.
2.) Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis.
3.) Puppy needs to be picked up ____________________. A fee of $10.00 for each day after this date will be charged.
4.) Any money put down for dog/puppy is NON REFUNDABLE, unless a puppy is not available. If you decide you don't want the puppy, you forfeit your Deposit. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy.
5.) Buyer is responsible for all transportation fees ( crate, shipping costs, transportation fees if met by
seller)
